John Stanley • Studio Manager
Raised in Hartford, Connecticut and now living in Brooklyn, John is a seasoned arts administrator and photographer specializing in urban and architectural history. John received an MFA from the School of Visual Arts, where he was the recipient of the Paula Rhodes Memorial Award. John’s photographs have been exhibited at numerous institutions, including Edward Hopper House Art Center, Photographic Center NW, and P.S. 122 Gallery.
John’s exceptional management and organization skills, his detailed oversight of bookkeeping, IT, workflow and database management and his expert communication skills and high touch approach with our clients, keep the TPI studio operating expertly and efficiently. In his free time, John enjoys visiting galleries, reading novels and exploring new corners of NYC.
Elizabeth Streitz • Director of Marketing/Business Strategy
Elizabeth brings 36 years of management, marketing, sales, and ultra high net worth sector expertise to TPI. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa cum laude from Williams College with a BA in political science, she started her career at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette Securities (DLJ) in management, institutional trading and sales.
She also helped launch new investment products managed by DLJ-owned Alliance Capital Management. And she mapped out and directed the execution of special entrepreneurial projects conceived of by CEO Richard Jenrette.
Elizabeth moved on to do coursework in film and graduate work at the Columbia University School of International Affairs before starting her own consulting firm for Blue Chip financial services, luxury market companies and arts/culture sector clients.
Specialties include strategic planning, partnerships, global branding, high concept idea generating, rain making, product development, entrepreneurial projects, hedge/private equity funds marketing and business strategy, asset management, sales, advertising, competitive analysis, integrated marketing, audience development, and website, mobile and social media strategy.
Matthew Conradt • Director of Post Production
Matthew Conradt is a Brooklyn-based artist and digital production specialist. Upon graduating with an MFA from Pratt Institute in 2008, he was awarded as Artist-In-Residence at the Cooper Union School of Art and has subsequently exhibited his work in NYC and abroad.
Most notably, Matthew was a part of the first Artist-In-The-Marketplace Biennial at the Bronx Museum in 2011, exhibited his work in 2014 and 2015 at the Volta Art Fair, was selected by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council as a Workspace Artist-In-Residence in 2016-’17 and was awarded a 2019 New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship.
An expert in retouching and digital post-production, Matthew has worked for many photography studios and artists. He was also co-owner and director of digital production at EPW Studio, which documented fine art from 2010 to 2019. Matthew brings his exceptional experience and his renowned talents to all his work and responsibilities as our Director of Post Production.
Dylan Obser • Photographer • Digital Archiver
Dylan Obser is an artist/photographer living and working in NYC. He holds an MFA in Photography and Related Media from The Rochester Institute of Technology, where he was a recipient of the Theodore Chapman Graduate Scholarship, and a BFA in Studio Art (Photography Concentration). Dylan was an Art History minor at University of Pennsylvania.
Dylan’s photographic work examines our contemporary moment and how facets of our world are mediated by technology. He has participated in over 20 group exhibitions since 2013 including The Pingyao International Photography Festival in Pingyao China (2018).
Dylan continues to pursue his fine art practice while working with TPI as Tom’s lead assistant. At TPI, Dylan also helps develop new systems and services, adding his exceptional imaging, technical and organizational talents to the TPI team.
Emma Rose Milligan • Video Editor
Emma Rose Milligan is an award winning commercial photographer and artist based in Manhattan. A graduate of the SVA BFA + MFA Photography programs, her work includes a focus on video and installation. Emma’s clients include hospitality groups, corporate partnerships, and food cpg brands. Print work includes The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, + more. Emma has been an integral part of the TPI team since 2018.
Ricardo Napolio • Assistant Overseas Shoots
Born and raised in Brazil, Ricardo is a professional photographer and videographer with a degree in film. His photographic works have been published in the US, Brazil, Japan, Germany, and many other countries.
Ricardo’s photographs seek to capture the humanity and complexity of his adopted city and its unique sub-cultures. In 2016, Napoli was invited to take part in the first "Adidas Art Show", which featured a selection of his skateboard-themed photographs.
Alex Field • Assistant USA Shoots
Alex is a photographer, a DJ and an arborist and all around plant expert. He was born and raised in Newport, graduated from St. Mark’s School and Rhode Island School of Design. He has lived in the Bay area, New York, Berlin, Providence and is currently based in Rhode Island.
Alex assists Tom on travel shoots, which included a shoot in Capri for a private event for Gagosian Gallery at the renowned Casa Malaparte. Alex also worked on a month-long shoot at the Venice Biennale helping TPI document 5 artists' installations. In his free time, Alex enjoys hiking, traveling, guitar and collecting records.
Caroline Goddard • Special Projects
Caroline Goddard is a photographer, editor and entrepreneur. She was born and raised in Providence, RI and received a B.A. in Visual Art from Brown University in 2010. She is also a graduate of the SALT Institute for Documentary Studies at MECA.
Her experience includes interning at the Musée National Picasso-Paris, training in printing at the Aegean Center for Fine Arts, and working on high profile projects for Tom Powel Imaging, including all TPI’s Art & Newport shoots.
Caroline’s photos have appeared in T: The New York Times Style Magazine, Vogue & other publications. Caroline is based in NH and travels worldwide in pursuit of projects. She recently launched Tend, a mindful collection of goods for the home.
